A hydraulic mechanism in which the pump is directly associated with a motor is the ZJQ submersible slurry pump.

The pump set benefits from high-quality special material, an updated structure, a wide flow channel, and a large sewage capacity.

It is used to convey materials that are liquid-contained, such as sand, mud, coal cinder solid, etc. The pump can be used to move mud and sand in lakes, rivers, the sea, and enlarging channels, among other places. It may also be used to remove sewage from swimming pools, as well as construction sites, steel mills, and power plants, among other locations. The pump is made of high-quality materials, has an innovative structure, and has a large flowing route with a powerful delivery system.

The control unit for the pump has not yet been finished. It is made up of two parts: the motor and the pumps.

A three-phase synchronous alternating motor is used. Static sealing isolates the pump from the system. The mechanical sealing is a double-ended wave pipe that works in an oil chamber that is being filled. Between the oil chamber and the motor chamber, there is an oil-water probe. It can prevent water from entering the motor chamber while the pump set is functioning properly. The main impeller and vice impeller are the two pieces that make up the pump set. Structure explanation

1.The M, AH, AHP, HP, HH, and slurry pumps all have a double pump shell, or pump body, structure. The pump body includes a replacement wear-resistant metal lining for the pump cover that includes the impeller, sheath, guard plate, etc. Depending on the working pressure, the pump cover is either made of gray cast iron or cast iron that has been ball milled. 2. The AHR, LR, and Mr slurry pumps have a double pump shell structure and a replaceable wear- and corrosion-resistant rubber lining on the pump body and pump cover (including impeller, front sheath, rear sheath, etc.). The rotating parts and installation forms of the pump are the same as those of the ah, l, and M pumps, as are the pump body and cover.

3. Pumps of Type D and G have a single construction (i.e. without lining). Metal that resists wear and tear makes up the pump body, cover, and impeller. Pump body and pump cover are joined using a unique clamping mechanism, and the pump outlet direction can freely rotate, making installation and disassembly simple.

4. Each type of pump has a horizontal inlet and turns clockwise relative to the transmission direction.
