125khz proximity card has a unique serial number. It is great solution for access control, time attendance system which does not require very high security level.
125khz frequency chips card data modulating and transmission is coded by Manchester modulation format.
The programming of the chip is performed by laser fusing of polysilicon links in order to store a unique code on each chip.
The continuous output data string contains 9 "1" headers, 40 bits, 14bits parity and 1 stop bit.
No requirement of buffer capacitor for low power consumption of logic control core.
Only an external coil is needed to obtain in the chip function. A parallel resonance capacitor of 74 pF is also integrated.

EM4100 is CMOS integrated circuit for using in 125KHz read only RFID cards.
TK4100 ISO card is compatible with EM format card, such as EM4100 card and EM4102 card. TK4100 chip data modulating and transmission is coded by Manchester modulation format. Due to the small volume of TK4100 chip and antenna, it is easier to embed in a small and thin tag or ISO card. It is widely using as ID card, information tag, goods tag, package, animal tag, school cards and metal tag ect. Only those who can use the serial number to identify the main object attributes can use it!
The EM4200 is a a popular ISO card that operates on a frequency of 125KHz and can be read by a wide range of access control readers. The EM4200 cards offer a CMOS integrated circuit intended for use in electronic Read Only RF transponders. It is designed to replace directly the EM Microelectronic- Marin Read Only ICs EM4100/ 4102 and EM4005/ 4105.
Comparing to EM4100/ 4102 and EM4005/ 4105, the chip provides higher reading range performances and presents on its coil terminals bigger resonant capacitor (210pF and 250pF selectable by mask option).
